The Writing Through the Body™ course is a pre-recorded DIY video course that offers in-depth instruction on this unique and effective method, based on the seven main chakras of the body.

Writing Through the Body focuses on characters…

…because story ALWAYS begins with the people.

We can’t move forward with a book of any kind in earnest until we truly understand the people involved – our beloved fictional characters.

Deep character development takes you inside the mind, heart, and soul of your people, and in the end, it will save you precious time.

Writing Through the Body™ not only provides in-depth insight to the seven main chakras of the both and how to use them to enhance your character development, but it also pairs a writing element with each chakra.

Not only will you approach understanding your characters like never before, you’ll also gain valuable instruction and tips to enhance and improve your writing skills and practice.

Prompts, a meditation, and copious handouts and guides accompany each module.
