Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full refund within 5 days of purchase
Half refund within 10 days of purchase
No refund, regardless of when purchased,
after March 17 – midnight
If you think you might need to cancel
after purchasing your ticket,
we recommend that you consider
travel insurance.
Exception: If you register late and we find that there is no availability on the train, you will receive a full refund
